We have many ways to get nonprofits involved in our event. Would you like to raise money for your organization? Field a team or five or more runners and be the first to register and ensure your spot in the race. We'll donate a minimum of $10* from EVERY REGISTRATION right back to you. CLICK HERE to add your cause to our race drop down menu. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you are done and please allow 48 hours to process the request.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTERING NEW CAUSES: November 1, 2013 11:59PM PST OR when our race sells out, whichever comes first. After the deadline we cannot add any additional causes to the event for 2013.
NOTE: Unless you plan to form a team & run, or register yourself, just adding your cause to our list won't necessarily bring you any donations.
Once you submit your information at the link above and are officially on the drop down menu, be sure to share the direct link to your online team sign up with your supporters! You can also download and print these postcards to hand out, you can print them and put a label on the back of them directing people to sign up for your team.
There's also an extra incentive to form a big team: the team with the most participants on race day will receive another $250 donation to their cause! After all, it's more fun to run with friends!
Think you might want to raise some more money for your cause? Have your runner or team of runners start a pledge-gathering page for the event. This year your fundraising page is integrated with our registration system. So easy!

Want a booth at our race day expo? Well, simply loan us 5 or more volunteers to assist with packet pick up or race day logistics and we'll give you a booth at the race to promote your nonprofit and raise awareness for your mission. With any luck you might even recruit some great volunteers or donations for your organization. Email us if you'd like to provide us with volunteers! Don't want a booth at the expo? No problem, loan us 10 or more volunteers for packet pick up or race day logistics and we'll provide you with a donation $100. Act fast, due to budgetary restrictions we will limit the number of organizations to FIVE TOTAL for this opportunity. Email us if you'd like to be considered for this opportunity, first come, first served! *If we can cover our race expenses entirely through sponsorship we will donate the full $20 registration fee to your cause of choice. We will give as much as we can to our participating charities, along with ensuring we have funds to continue our event in the future. Know someone who might want to sponsor our event?
